Providing student employees with evaluations at the end of each semester is a great practice in which to engage. In this session, student employee supervisors will learn best practices for this activity as well as how to incorporate NACE Career Readiness Competencies into this process. We will share resources, questions and practices that have proven to work well in providing students with positive and constructive feedback that will help them learn and Become Career Ready.
