Christina Badini

Assistant Director, Corporate Partner Relations

As an Assistant Director on the Corporate Partner Relations team, I primarily work with employers interested in connecting with our graduate students and international students.  My goal is to partner with employers to create engagement opportunities to assist in their recruiting efforts.  By cultivating relationships with employers across many different industries, I learn their goals and help them develop a strategy to meet and recruit UConn students and alumni.

Bio

Hometown: Westchester County, NY

Things I enjoy:  Spending time with my family, friends and the cutest dog in the world, my pup, Moira Rose!

Advice to students: Visit the Center for Career Development and stay connected with us. We are here for you and are rooting for your career success – whatever that may look like for you. We have tons of resources to assist you from your first year and beyond.  Also, get involved as much as you can on and off campus, and meet people! Be curious and listen. Kindness matters. As a UConn student, you are automatically connected with thousands of people who once sat in those chairs you sit in now at UConn – alumni! Leverage those connections and have meaningful conversations. And while you are out there, look for organizations that are doing the work you want to be part of.  What matters to you?  Find out who is in that space – chances are a role will be there for you that aligns with your interest and skills. Trust the process.
